Tina Lauch, Owner
Tina followed her dream and became the owner of this studio in July 2016. She has worn Merle Norman products for over 25 years, and cosmetics is her true passion. She had worked in the financial services industry for the past 12 years, which allows her to run her own business successfully. Prior to her career in financial services, she worked as a makeup artist, which is where she developed her artistry talents.
Tina and her husband share four beautiful children plus their dog, Lucky.
Ashley Franks, Esthetician
Warm hands. Hot towels. Relaxing massage. What is there not to like about a facial? That was what Ashley was thinking when she left her decade long career working with dogs to become an esthetician. While her license covers a variety of skills, facial treatments have always been her favorite service to provide. It's about creating a tranquil environment, helping her clients relax and de-stress and addressing their skincare concerns and needs.
Ashley and her husband of twelve years have their "tweenage" son, three big dogs, and two small cats.
Dessie Arnold, Beauty Consultant
Dessie's love of makeup and skincare began when she was just a little girl, fascinated by all the jars and bottles of lotions, creams, and powders on her mother and grandmother's vanities. A homeschooling mom and interior design school dropout, Dessie's first love - makeup and skincare - brought her where she is today. Dessie has used Merle Norman products for over 10 years, and a quick stop into the studio to buy her makeup one day lead to one of the greatest blessings of her life so far - a job she loves and a friendship with a kindred spirit, owner Tina Lauch.

Dessie lives with her husband, Heber; two teenagers; and two Boston Terriers. She is also the stepmom to three adult sons.
